Privacy notice
Last updated October 2026
This notice explains how Research and Knowledge Exchange Support (RKE Support) handles the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, institution, work email address and the description of your challenge. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up on any work we discuss with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list without your agreement.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside the UK. Where it does, appropriate safeguards are in place under its data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months unless we go on to work together.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using your information
To make a request, email service@rkesupport.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
